“⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. One of my family members had to change rooms three times during our stay. The first room had rodents, the second room had cockroaches, and the third room was dirty and infested with bugs. After reporting these issues multiple times, we were informed that there were no other rooms available. Because the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic health and sanitation standards, we had no choice but to leave and find……

“We love staying at the Dream Inn. It is perfect for us. Right on the beach, with a refreshing pool for when the waves in the ocean are too rough. The patio deck is perfect for people watching while having breakfast or lunch. It is in a quiet part of Daytona beach with a couple of eateries within walking distance. “My stay here was pretty good. Room was clean and nice for the price. Shower was a little broken and the water did not get very hot. A/C worked well. I got the partial oceanfront view which was great and I watched the sunrise every morning. If you book and want a full view make sure you get the oceanfront room. Not ocean view. Parking is $8 a day but free for R/V’s, trucks, buses. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. I arrived after 8. Overall it was a good find for less than $150 a night.”

“The noise, there was a sign in the lobby that said quiet after 10 pm. But seems like people don't respect that. The people above and to the side of my room were very loud. Tv was loud, people going down the hall were also loud. I had to get up early and drive 12 hours, it was 12 pm and I could still hear the noise so I turned on the fan to block out some of the noise. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.”
