This hotel was close to Times Square and a lot was walkable from it to other locations. Our biggest dislike was the size of the room. Especially with suitcases, you had no room to move around and barely any to sleep. The breakfast area was very congested and tables were not cleaned off very quickly. This caused a delay in getting the day started.

Receptioniat seems want to do their own thing. As a customer service regardless of what you are doing . When you see the guest. Acknowledge ypu pressent inform them. I recently stayed this hotel and had an exceptional experience! The hotel's prime location, just steps away from the vibrant Times Square, made exploring the city effortless. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were impeccable. The combination of convenience, cleanliness, and great service makes the hotel an excellent choice for anyone visiting New York City. The location for this hotel is PERFECT! It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do on Broadway and Times Square. It’s also very close to several subway stations, making transportation around the city extremely easy. The only flaw I had with this hotel was that the rooms ran a little warm for our taste and we couldn’t turn it down more than 70-72 on the thermostat and it felt warmer than that in the room to us. We had family in another room on another floor and they had the same issue, so I think it is more than likely how the hotel is set up. For some, this wouldn’t be an issue, but for people who like cold sleeping environments, it was a small one for us. Other than that, everything was great! The breakfast was delicious and the car valet service was perfect!
