The rooms are small, very small. Hotel is not new, so expect a lot of stains on a carpet. Air conditioners are old and loud, it's placement by the bed is not perfect at all. Breakfast is okay, but get ready to fight for food - a lot of people, not enough tables, not enough food

Perfect for overnight stay if you're leaving from NYC on a cruiseship. Rooms are very small. Not recommended for a week long stay.

The hotels neighborhood is good..rooms are clean...reason for low rating is level of service recieved from house keeping they forgot to leave towels for us twice. And when we asked them for towels they didn't have them since it was late at night and had to get it from an unoccupied room.they also didn't have staff to bring the towels to hotel Alao in the morning you are woken up by smell of breakfast.( Due to poor air ventilation) breakfast quality is poor. Most items are missing and they don't ha e enough to replenish.

No working AC within our original booked room on a 100 degree day in the city, front desk worker who came up to look at it offered us a new room immediately however it was like pulling teeth to have anyone address our issue without it feeling like we were inconveniencing them. Our key cards to our room kept demagnetizing too and we had to have that fixed 3 separate times. The only friendly and informative staff member was the overnight desk worker. When we checked in for our first day the front desk worker just said ‘ok’ and didn’t ask for our name or booking number and stared at us until we asked what we needed to give them in order to see our reservation. We didn’t receive any information regarding the layout of the hospital either and had to hunt for the ice machine ourselves which is in the basement level. We got a very quick ‘these are our breakfast times and this is check out hour’ that was rushed. Unless you intend on Ubering or taking a cab everywhere, the nearest Subway station is a 15 minute walk from the property which isn’t terrible but not great in hot July weather. The rooms were decently clean however housekeeping is a ‘requested’ service and not provided unless you’re staying 3 days. Advertised as a local and central hotel in Midtown but for the amount of money we spent on the room it felt there were more problems than benefits to staying here. Would not recommend.

As a guest, I would rate my stay at the Comfort Hotel a 5 out of 10. The location is excellent, being conveniently close to Times Square, and the staff provided good service. However, early check-in was not allowed even though I was feeling sick, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room was extremely small, with just enough space for the bed and no room to move around comfortably.

My one piece of feedback is that the shower door set up was not good. When taking a shower, the water is aimed directly at the corner of the door. It created a huge mess of water on the floor outside the shower similar to a bucket of water being dumped on the floor. This also made the bathroom floor very slick. Not sure if there was a special way to aim the water so no mess was made but it was not obvious. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was clean, and the location was great! Right in the middle of Hell’s Kitchen. Staff was great. Would definitely stay there again!
