Great location, amazing service at the front desk and super clean rooms. The rooms are small but very efficiently designed and well insulated from the noise outside. Shout out to the GM James for a warm welcome and tips about the neighbourhood. We will definitely look to stay here again.

The staff and the service they provide are world class. The rooms, while a bit small, are very chic and inviting. I did not feel claustrophobic like in other nyc hotel rooms. I also never heard any noise while in the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again during my next visit to the city! Well done!

Not as advertised!!!!!! Construction in front of hotel, parking was not as advertised, air conditioner did not preform properly. Staff gave us late check out but then deactivated our room keys at 10:45 a.m. this is a very poorly ran hotel.Buyer beware!!!! Staff was not concerned with our complaints, basicly said it was not their problem.
