Good location kinda noisyPosted Nov 27, 2015
Nice hotel with very big rooms. A little noisy at night there is a police station right around the corner. It's an easy walk to a lot of places. I would stay here again.

Very near to Penn StationPosted Nov 25, 2015
Pros: Comfortable and easy to get around New York from.
Cons: would have liked a bit more space for clothes storage
Location: Lots to do and see around the hotel or hoping onto a Metro.
We stay in this hotel when we come to new York. It is convenient to Penn Station if you arrive from the airport by train.

What a Gem!Posted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: Room Size is fantastic
Right across from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden! The rooms are a great size for the area and the price point. Thank you Manhattan NYC - Afinia

Great location and excellent staffPosted Nov 22, 2015
Pros: Staff and our room
Cons: Parking situation.
Location: Right across from Madison Square Garden Great location.
Overall our experience was VERY GOOD. Hotel Staff were very helpful and room was great - we had top floor with a kitchenette. Only warning is regarding Valet. IF you bring a car unload then find your own lot nearby to self park (Don't use the one they use) . We waited an hour and a half to get our car at the end. BUT the manager kept trying to help us then refunded our parking fee. They depend on outside garages for their parking so it is better to get your own.

Great hotel close to MSGPosted Nov 20, 2015
Great location, handy for MSG & Macy's. Our suite didn't have a great view but because of that it blocked out traffic noise. Staff could have dealt with queries quicker - we had to phone 4/5 times to remind them. Kitchens could have had more appliances - gas kept cutting off despot paying for a kitchenette.

Ok hotelPosted Nov 20, 2015
Gorgeous lobby. Nice staff. Prime location. Street facing rooms are prohibitively noisy, ear plugs are provided, but I still woke up multiple times. Bed wasn't very comfy and felt kind of cheap, and room was well designed and nice but looked like it had seen better days--window treatments were broken, scratches on closet doors etc. but the room or the job done. I needed an affordable place to stay and I got it. Safe, clean, and otherwise pleasant.

albergo mediocrePosted Nov 19, 2015
La posizione e centralissima , sulla trafficati esima 7ma avenue, camera piuttosto rumorosa per via del traffico. L'hotel è un po vecchiotto avrebbe bisogno di un Po di rinnovamento. Complessivamente non male ma non ci tornerei

Very well situated, opposite MSG and Penn Station!Posted Nov 19, 2015
Location: Opposite Madison Square Gardens and Penn Station- super easy access to...well, everything!
We were only there for a night. Staff were super friendly. Even though we arrived early, they checked us in. The room was spacious, the bathroom was tiny!! My tall husband could hardly fit into the bathroom/ shower. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The view was great (23rd floor). There was a tray of dirty plates/silverware on the floor in the corridor when we arrived- it was still there 12 hours later! We then stayed at a different hotel (Park Central) and that was AWFUL! Staff were rude, we were a little early for checki-in, they tournedos down, rooms are old a dirty, only 1 elevator was working, and people had to take the stairs...we will NEVER go back there!

Pros: Large rooms.
The lobby was nice but the front desk had my rooms screwed up. I had clearly booked 2 rooms, one room with my name and the other with a friend's. They put another guests name in my friend's room because we had the same ethnic last name. Took some time to clear that up. Went up to my room and it was hot. The air conditioner was not plugged in and took some to figure out how to use it. The room ended up being very noisy being next to 7th Avenue. Not a good experience.
