Really warm when we were in NY and the kids loved cooling down on the roof top pool with a cold lemonade and the views of Empire State Building. Staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you. Would stay again 👍

Convenient location. Metro was easily accessible from Hotel. Close to some good restaurants and shopping plus MSG was close enough to walk to for the concert we attended.

Our room was a nice size (we reserved the larger king with the pull out sofa for 2 adults and our teenager) and the reception and support staff were very nice. There is not much of a lobby and although the view from the rooftop bar was nice, the server ignored us. Our martinis were served in plastic glasses which seemed odd as we were not poolside. The restaurant was closed 3 nights during our stay for private events. We did not go to the pool but we saw many guests enjoying it. The beds and linens were comfortable but the shower looked old and had mold under the tile around the bottom. We did enjoy having a balcony to watch the street below and enjoyed the fresh air. The location is good and we walked both uptown (about 20-30minutes)and to the 28th street metro station just a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt it was a little overpriced.
