Two relatively minor problems. One: telephone didn’t work when I arrived in my room, but this was taken care of too: had to ask several times for coffee capsules to be brought up to the room because somebody forgot to follow through. That being said, when somebody did bring capsules, they brought a handful to excuse themselves. Other than that, Pleasant day

My family had a great stay here during the week of the 4th of July. The three of us (parent's and 18 y.o. son) stayed in an Allen suite - good size for a NYC hotel. The staff was attentive to all our requests. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Only drawbacks was that the pool was small (we didn't expect much for a NYC hotel) and the neighborhood clubs were a bit loud on one nite. FWIW, the hotel club and the pool did not bother us noise-wise like it did some other reviewers - we stayed on the 5th floor. The hotel restaurant was decent. We really enjoyed our talks with the bartender Max. The hotel is close to subway, good restaurants and good shopping. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel while in town to help a family member move nearby. After reading past reviews, we requested a room that was far away from the Club music on the 7th floor. The staff thought that our 10th floor room would suffice but our location was just above the club and the house music was very loud and we were not able to rest. Other than that, the room was very nice with a comfortable bed, nice shower and amazing views of the city. One last word of advice; don’t bother filling in the mobile pre-registration form as we had to go through the process all over again on arrival anyway.

It has an active NYC vibe without being too much. The pool on the 3rd floor is carefully restricted to hotel guests and is is restful. The Social Club is lively. We choose a Junior Suite when we stay and it is a perfect home away from home. Staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The staff is not helpful. They might as well use self check in kiosks for that role. I had major issues and they were no help… they specifically said the manager would call me to help but nada. I ended up just moving to another hotel.
