The hotel was excellent - great location and clean, generous room (we had a suite). Housekeeping was great. The staff were very helpful, respectful, and kind to our family. We had a really great time - thank you!

Very good location and a nicely renovated room. I’d definitely stay here again if I can stay in a new room. The VIP benefit is worthless if you don’t drink, I don’t need a drink voucher, thanks. Got a bottle of water instead, that should be free regardless and in the room upon arrival. Maybe something besides water would have been worth the VIP status but that’s more an Expedia thing.

This hotel and staff was lovely overall. We were there for our wedding and they went above and beyond to make it special. I want to thank them especially Jo and Aimee. There's very few issues I could think of. My only suprise was getting charged for toothbrush and shaving kit. Otherwise I'd stay there again just will remember my toothbrush.

A wonderful option for a stay-cation for my 39th birthday celebration! Room 1107 had an amazing view overlooking Bryant Park and the queen-size bed was perfect for my gal-pal and I. The staff gave us complementary prosecco to acknowledge my birthday complete with a balloon which was so thoughtful! Amazing shower and tub with all the necessities of home. Can't wait for next year to create an annual tradition!

Best Hotel in NYC!!! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and there was Prosecco with chocolate truffles waiting for us. Incredible service, lots to do in the park, right by the library and walking distance to Broadway. We will definitely be back:)
