"Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."

"Unfortunately we had to cancel this rental. The house was very dirty and the photos on the listing are rather misleading. It has rugs in all bedrooms even though it looks like wood. Terrible smell throughout and built up grime in kitchen. The basement was full of water and there is an open sewer drain.
