We booked in December. Very close to Newport's Long Wharf area. Room was spotless. Innkeeper was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING! Really cute place! The room was a bit warm for us - but we didn't contact the Inn keeper which was an option given by them.

Cozy Bed and Breakfast

Check-in was easy and the stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential toiletries provided. The breakfast was amazing — such a perfect way to start the day.
