We enjoyed our stay at Tide and Town Inn. The room was very nice and comfortable. The stay was relaxing, like being at spa. The breakfast was delicious. I’d stay here again!

Great location away from the touristy Thames Street. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and all the attractions of Newport. Breakfast is always good and the shed and garden amenities are peaceful and lovely.

We had a lovely stay at the inn while visiting for the Folk Festival- the innkeepers were exceptional and so friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious! It was in a great location between the town and the tide (beach, lol). We will definitely be staying here again!

The Town & Tide Inn is one of the best properties I have ever visited. Everything was top notch!! The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and so beautifully presented. The Staff accommodated every request. I would definitely visit again.

Property is exactly as represented. In fact, our room was very spacious/ bedding top quality. Grounds are very intimate and interesting with koi pool, the coffee shed and assorted seating. Location near downtown and very walkable. Highly recommend. FYI like most Newport properties, there is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up a flight

Parking available but tight. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK and made to order. I appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee and tea, plus biscotti. Location was excellent for walking to the cliff walk and beach one way and to retail the other way on Memorial Blvd. Very comfortable room with AC. Did not have to use the baseboard heat. My wife and I had a very nice visit to Newport.

Loved the location, a short walk to the Cliff Walk and The Chanler. About a half mile to Thames. Parking onsite is a wonderful perk. We left our car there and never moved it. Either walked or Uber’d. Breakfast was great. We stayed in Room 12, roomy, immaculate. Would stay there again.

The courtyard area with beautiful landscaping adds charm to this cozy inn. We loved staying here--and like everyone says, breakfast is delicious! Indeed, the location is deal. The worst part was leaving. Newport is magical.

We loved our room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Serena was wonderful when checking in. She was so friendly and gave us suggestions on where to eat dinner. The breakfasts were very good. We were able to park our car in the lot and walk everywhere. Very close to the cliff walk.

Stayed at the Town and Tide for three nights this week. What a beautiful property, so clean and updated. Our thanks to the wonderful staff. Serena the innkeeper is awesome. She’s so friendly and hospitable. The girls do an outstanding job in the kitchen preparing a delicious breakfast every morning and the housekeeping staff keep everything immaculate. Great location near Cliff Walk and Bellview Ave. close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book your next get a way here.

Excellent choice. We booked four rooms and had an amazing time as we attended my nephews wedding at Bell net Goat Island only 2 miles from Town and tide. Beds so comfy. They have a communal handout area called The Shed. Breakfast daily 8-10am Beautiful property. Very friendly. I highly recommend this Newport stay.
