“The apartment was good. The pickleball courts were not very clean so not sure that is an advantage here. The area was decent. Rooms were clean.”

We really enjoyed the atmosphere the place presented. Dave was very easy to work with on getting our stay put together. We give this place a 10, would definitely do it again.”

“Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. ”
