Loved our stay. The staff were amazing and friendly. Our weekend stay was brutally cold, however we enjoyed this Inn so much we are planning to return in the summer months.

Clean rooms, old charm, excellent service! Everyone was warm and accommodating! We had a great time. The staff was the highlight of our stay at the Red Coach Inn and the hot tub was a survival necessity! Thanks ya'll!

We stayed in the Windermere suite and it was beautiful. Had an amazing view with a fireplace and a living room area, nice and spacious and big. It was perfect because it was snowing so it was nice to relax from the cold in our room/suite!! The breakfast was very tasty every morning and we had dinner in the dining room by the fireplace absolutely gorgeous. The smell from the fireplace was amazing and the staff was exceptional, definitely will be back.

Great location

I love this history with this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is the best for visiting Niagara falls. We were able to walk everywhere. We also brought our bikes and rode for miles on the trail that is right outside the hotel.

The Nottingham Suite was lovely. It is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. We were able to see the NY rapids from this room (directly across the street). The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. In addition, the Red Coach Inn is located within walking distance to most attractions - and they have on-site parking. Having a made-to-order breakfast each morning was wonderful.

Lovely classical music greeted me as I stepped into my room. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful -- the staff warm, welcoming and helpful -- and the food was delicious. I don't have a negative thing to say about my two night stay at the Red Coach Inn!

Great stay in a great hotel

Incredible value… best location, huge and luxurious space, restaurant and bar right downstairs, it’s everything you could ask for in a hotel next to a major attraction.

The perfect place to stay for walking to the Maid of the Mist boat ride to the bottom of the falls. Great food and great staff. I would return to stay here all the time.

Clean room but outdated. Nice shower. Bedding not very comfortable. Best food for breakfast and dinner! Attentive and pleasant wait staff in the restaurant. Location was best!
