“We arrived for our stay Friday afternoon. We had made our reservation 7 months in advance, as this was a regular yearly trip. We made our reservations for the Holiday Inn. When we arrived, we found that the hotel had been purchased and redone by Marriott. This was not a big deal, but it did take a few extra minutes at check-in, as there were some computer issues with the reservation migration from the Holiday Inn to Marriott. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”

“Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms.However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing.
