"My cousins and I stayed here to experience Playa de Coco. This house allowed us to be extremely close to shops and restaraunts. We werent able to use the pool due to the rain. But the area was beautiful! Easy check in process. Definitely recommend this house! "

"I stayed in this heavenly apartment with my family for five days. Everything was simply perfect: the location, the amenities of the accommodation, and the loving care we received during our stay. The incredible roof terrace was being completed during our stay. It has an indescribable view and leaves nothing to be desired. "It was a last minute check in. Tim was great, communication was good. We were allowed to check in a little early as there was no one prior to us which was nice. Place was very clean and easy to get to. We don’t walk to town as we drove down the hill and parked for 2 then walked. Pool was great, not to busy, there were a few other family’s there which was nice too. "

"My Girlfriend and I just spent a week here and we couldn’t be any more impressed! The views were amazing, especially from the shared rooftop area where the sunsets were spectacular! The host was very friendly and had great communication. It was very clean and great after a long day exploring Samara. Most days we’d walk into town and back a few times a day, however next time we might get a golf cart because we will for sure be back to this property!"

"We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. "We only booked one night for my family for a weekend getaway from Tamarindo, but wish we'd stayed longer! The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It's tucked back a bit from the lovely pool which is nice, it felt very private, and the property is very close to some terrific places to eat (and the beach, of course!). We also appreciated the access to a shared washer and dryer in good condition on-site. We hope to come back soon."

The walk from town is very steep (even our rental SUV struggled when we drove), but the trade off to 'being up high' is beautiful views and a much-needed breeze. The pool and rooftop are great. "Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that."
