In Building 3000, there were Raccoon's in the ceiling. It was very disturbing & a nuisance during my stay. This was due to noise from the rodents, along with garbage/debris left on my deck. I would not return to this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Costa Rica , the Riu Guanacaste was very clean, the gardens were gorgeous but the food was not for me. I had a hard time finding something besides fruit and salad that tasted fresh. I am not a huge buffet person and trying to get a table at the restaurants was a lot of work. Besides the food, I would highly recommend the resort . The White party was so much fun too!

The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils.
