At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. The room heating was very bad - the room was always cold! there was a floor heating in the bathroom but NOT in the toilet?? Absolutely pathetic as the pamphlet says the family who owns the place personally supervise any renovations/building new hotels - they obviously have NO idea what the real comfort is - simply PATHETIC"
