"We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. "The hotel itself was very clean! The staff were nice and the room was big compared to others we stayed in. Bathroom was spacious and the beds were nice! We did not like that this was the only hotel that charged us a nightly tax but outside of that I don’t really have many complaints. It is VERY close to the train literally like 10 ft away. It allowed us to commute all around and not have to walk far when we returned. There is also a family mart on the corner of the same street which came in hand for late night snacks and beverages. We really like this hotel and although It was pricey and then had the additions tax we would likely stay again. If they get rid of the tax we would DEFINITELY stay again! "

"We had a lovely stay at Citadines Namba Osaka. It’s either this hotel is brand new or just recently renovated. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Love the contemporary decor. Our rooms were spotless and slightly bigger than the usual small hotel rooms typical of Japan. We got the rooms with the little kitchen area. There is a residents lounge on the 6th floor with dining tables and chairs, cups and utensils and an espresso machine (which I really appreciated to help start our day of walking and touring). The hotel is close to restaurants, convenience stores, the Kuromon Fish Market and a fairly short walk to the Namba station, shopping center and the Shinsaibashi shopping street which will eventually take you to Dotonbori. Or you can always hail a taxi outside the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. Very convenient stay overall with excellent service from the staff. We would definitely stay here again. "
