“I stayed with my family for 7 days in August 2024 at the standard hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by hotel staff who were friendly and attentive. The seaplane process was organized and fast. I didn't have to wait in the lounge. My arrival at the hotel was before the assigned check-in time and my room was ready, which was appreciated. “What an experience. Came for my birthday and all of the staff and managers went above and beyond (shout out to Suhail and Sandeep). My girlfriend also became ill with a cold during the trip and the staff was terrific to accommodate her… will be coming back for sure!”
