"I was a solo traveler who stayed for 5 days. Felt totally safe the entire time. The location was great. There were restaurants and shops everywhere. The best part of my trip was the staff. My luggage was delayed and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Jose Luis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Priscilla was very friendly and made me smile throughout the trip. The pool was excellent and not crowded. DJ Kelly played great music and was nice. Shamir from the front desk was also helpful. "We loved this resort and will definitely return. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the 1 bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent (for us) as we like it quieter. The high rise hotel district where most of the bars, restaurants and clubs are is a 15 - 20 minute walk north, on the beachfront path. But if you're not a walker, the bus stops right out front of the resort plus you can rent a scooter, electric bike, or just Uber. The beach was amazing and I loved that we had access to ample palapas (umbrellas) that were reserved for resort guests. We really enjoyed both restaurants/ bars on the resort and loved our dinner on the beach (reservations recommended especially if you want sunset). All in all a fabulous stay. This was our first time in Aruba and we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. One thing that did surprise me about the Island though, was it is always windy, and I not just talking a gentle ocean breeze! So FYI ladies... take plenty of hair clips ;-) "
