"The first thing I encountered was an elevator that was so beat up, I couldn’t believe the manager hadn’t addressed the situation. This is years of damage, not just one luggage cart that bumped into the side once or twice. The second thing I encountered was chunks of wood missing from the floor in the hallways. I walked into my room for the first time to find one of the pillows with such an obvious sign of lipstick that it felt like a “screw you” sign from the cleaning staff. I refused to sit on one of the chairs in the room due to the stain that’s also clearly been completely overlooked. The water cooler in the gym isn’t hooked up to a water line. The only few good things I can say about this place are that the staff were very nice and it is in a good location. It’s clear the manager doesn’t care about this property and they should be ashamed of themselves."

"Lena was super helpful to us as was Mya and Miles did an excellent job checking us out. The lines were pretty long for check in and check out- busy hotel. The staff was all friendly (with the exception of one concierge who phoned it in but Ennis was wonderful). Clean property and great central location- easy walking to the Quarter, down to the Riverfront Walk and toward uptown for great dining. Close to Layfayette Park for the free Wednesday park concerts in April May that we enjoyed!"
