“The AC situation was horrible. It was so hot at night had do go to the grocery store and buy a fan. Other than that it was pretty good. The food wasn’t great, most of it was very bland. The drinks however were excellent and the staff was as helpful as one would expect. The room was very clean no complaints except the AC. I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels on Isla Mujeres and this the first one that was really hot at night. I would stay again but not for an extended amount of time “over 5 days”.……

“Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. ”
