“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient.
When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another……

“For the price the accommodations at this hotel was good, the downfall was the rude staff. They were unkind, acted bothered when you needed something, and not hospitable at all. They try to charge you for room keys, towel cards, etc. even though there are never clean pool towels.”
