“The location cannot be beat. If privacy is what you are looking for - look no further. We quite enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. Super spacious. Fantastic space layout. About a 5 minute drive from whatever you need/want to do. Anything we were looking for in the kitchen we found. Outdoor firepit for S'mores was fantastic. Kids loved playing at the end of cul de sac. We loved every minute of our time and will definitely be back. ”

“The home is nestled in a beautiful private location but super close to town with so many options to choose from for activities and food. It rained the whole weekend we were there but found that the entertainment in the house was sufficient to keep my grandkids happy and busy with games and watching movies in the home theater. All ages found the lodge to be extremely comfortable and accommodating for our time spent inside. The property was spotless upon arrival and had ample cleaning supplies for our week’s stay. Manny, our host, responded within minutes when contacted with a question. We are truly thrilled to have found this spot for our family gathering.”

“This vacation rental was perfect. The location is great, so close to everything in North Conway. The house itself looks even better in person, The living area is absolutely huge! Great for group and family hangouts. We loved the hot tub and the kids couldn’t get enough of the game room in the garage. The house was very clean, and well equipped. The Sleep Number bed on the first floor was a dream! The host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

“Location is great! Kitchen appears to be a little smaller than I expected, but we were able to use the grill. We wanted to sit outdoors but the outdoor furniture was covered in sap. Bring your own chairs. The kids loved all the sleeping options. So much for them to do. The pool is a bit of a walk so an adult would need to leave the property to take the kids to the pool. Other condos had multiple cars which made it difficult for us to park. But all these things were minor and overall the location……

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
