Sleeps 1 to 18 people if rented in full The House is comprised of 3 Units which can be rented in full or rented individually (6 People).
This property is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the lake in with in 50 feet for your enjoyment. Each apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a futon in the living room. We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. There are many wineries you can visit and taste wine from our local vineyards. We offer a private beach where one can stroll and look for beach glass or just listen to the waves. The quaint town of North East offers unique shops and restaurants to spend your days relaxing. We have excellent fishing on the lake and in nearby streams. This includes Perch, Walleye, Bass, Trout and Steelhead fishing. North East Marina is close by as well as access to public stream fishing. Our address is: 11543 Old Lake Road, North East, PA 16428

Great location
It was a very nice place to stay. The linens and towels were included. We had our puppies along and it was refreshing to have a place we could have them with us. Our host was very responsive and communication was excellent. Great place overall!

Relaxing Getaway at the Lake
We really enjoyed our short stay at the North East Lake House. The accommodations suited us well being only a couple hours from home and allowing us to bring our dog. The house was very cute and clean, and it was great not having to bring linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The location is awesome, in a cute lake neighborhood, and we especially enjoyed the amazing sunsets each night. We spent the day at the beach down the road and had a wonderful dinner at "The Skunk and Goat Tavern" in town. Dave was very quick to respond to all my questions and gave great suggestions for dinner and ice cream. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. And if you have a big group, rent the entire place.

Last minute very pleasant surprise
My wife, daughter and myself had to cancel a Florida trip and wanted some beach time. We found the property listing and Dave was able to meet our needs. It was a great location. Dave was also accessible for questions and help out with some local tips. We will be back!

This was our first family vacation and aside from the rain we loved it. The beach in the front yard was absolutely beautiful to watch the sunset. The neighborhood was perfect. Great location!
This apartment is located right across from the water and we saw the most amazing sunsets here. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was comfortable and had what we needed. We were able to grill outside and enjoy the scenery at the picnic table in the yard. Of note, this unit is beautifully decorated and has a great location, but the natural light is limited because it is a basement unit. You will need to be outside to enjoy the scenery. However, if your hope is to have a comfortable place to sleep and then head out to experience Lake Erie and all the fun activities in the area, this is a perfect location. We found sea glass on the beach right outside and the kids played in the waves, then we headed out to explore the area. It was a great trip!

Great view with plenty of room
We spent our Mother’s Day weekend in Unit 3. The owner was so kind about hosting us and even let us check in early. We all needed to decompress and the first night I fell asleep to the sound of the waves outside our window. The little town is charming and gives a historical walking tour. Great winery’s all around. Will definitely stay again!

Great location for a fun weekend with friends for a wine and brewery getaway. The village of North East is a quaint place with some good restaurants after a day touring wineries and breweries.
