Hi! The area is nice but the property need some maintenance and cleaning also they should inform me about the pool it’s was not able to use it and then I have to travel and pay another place to use a indoor pool

I went with my children for a girls weekend, we had a wonderful time. Bushkill falls was very close and lots to do there. The indoor pool at the resort was clean and fun. The villa itself was well worth the money and we didn't need to bring anything ( linens, dishes etc..) except groceries. We all had an enjoyable weekend. We will definitely be returning.

As most people say, these are definitely older and really haven't been updated. The beds were fairly hard and basic but the feel of the place was so relaxing, so quiet and so far away from the bustle of the city it was the perfect place for the weekend for us. Just a short drive to Bushkill Falls which was an amazing place to visit to get away from the city as well.

Best value in the area

Extremely comfortable, excellent lakefront property, great view and great value! Are the houses old? Yes! Are they cosmetically imperfect? Yes! These houses are 35% of the price of Shawnee and other surrounding pocono house rentals however our house was perfectly clean and comfortable for our weekend trip. 100% will be coming back.

Last two times that been there with my family..the swimming pool had been close, the main door lock was damaged, and the worse is the 3 weeks had pass and the deposit had'nt be refund yet..even i have called them, they just say sorry,,AND is a miracle if you call is answered..and still waiting

Ive been coming here for years and i love it because its quiet and safe however the condition of the villas has been declining this last stay i discovered a blood stain on the mattress.the kids had to sleep all in one room and on the floor mind you it was my daughter's birthday. I sent an email to a Ms.Mills along with pictures and she has yet to respond Very disappointed

No sponge to wash dishes Brocken dishwasher Washed clothes but the dryer wasn’t plugged in and was told that maintenance only would come for emergencies so my clothes remained wet. Smudges on the walls Difficulty turning on hot water in one bathroom Knives were very dull No Netflix and limited tv channels. Far away from shops or stores.

Avoid this place!! Not recommended !!! Horrible communication, terrible customer service!!! These people stole my deposit claiming that I never took out the trash. When In fact, not only did I take out the trash but I also swept, mopped and did the dishes. When I reached out for my refund, they took entirely too long to get back to me. Sarah was disrespectful and referred to me as “You people” claiming they had a photo of trash which they would not send me the proof of this false claim. When I spoke to Stephanie, her manager, she doubled down on not refunding my deposit and told me to call my bank for a refund. These people are running a scam, I was better off staying at the Holiday Inn.

Overall happy with the house, close to Bushkill Falls which is the reason for the trip & very quiet. The ladies that assisted us with check in were great. The beds however, terribly uncomfortable & was rough after hiking all day. Boyfriend loved the jacuzzi tub & fireplace was enjoyable.

Very outdated and smelled of cigarette smoke inside the house, even though smoking is not permitted inside. Furniture was ripped with cigarette holes. Also toilet in the one bathroom very wobbly unsafe to sit and use. The grounds are not well maintained we had a rotting tire in the walk area. I’m sure this place was gorgeous when it first open, but whoever owns it know does not do well in the up keep of the property or the house that are dilapidated and rotting.
