"Very welcoming couple. Jim greeted us on our arrival. Beautiful cabin with plenty of room for a group. Cute antiques all over to give it an old rustic charm. I plan to return with my kids inn the spring or fall. They have animals on the farm which is amazing!. If you're from the city you will never see so many stars!. Cabin had every thing you need for cooking . All jim where to eat if you're not familiar with the area. There is a book with resturaunts that he recommends as well. Fyi the crosstown tavern has great burgers and onion soup! I highly recommend! "

"This was our 4th? 5th? time staying at Joe's place, at this point we just pretend its our second home. A great place to land in any season, we love it, our dogs love it, and a great launching point for many great little towns in the area. This trip it was absolutely freezing and the house was warm and cozy with plenty of firewood and a well appointed kitchen so we could just hang out. Can't wait for our next visit!"

"If you need a large home, this is it! Massive amounts of space to accommodate everyone. The indoor pool and hot tub were our favorite after a long day of skiing. Laura was also a very responsive and gracious host. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was impeccably clean & the bed very comfortable. There are amenities - coffee, TV, fridge, etc - but my work-related stay was very short and I had no need for the extras. The staff was very courteous and professional. My check-in was after midnight due to my job, and though the attendant was busy elsewhere in the building, he came right away to assist me. The next morning I overslept, and the staff was very gracious and forgiving, even returning my deposit in full after my transgression. This is a very quiet accomodations in a small town not too far from Greater Binghamton, with very reasonable rates. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to stay there again. And I would highly recommend Colonial Brick Inn to anyone traveling through or on an extended stay in the area! "
