Wonderful stay
This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved our room, it was very clean. We requested an ocean view and got that, we just had to wait a little while for our room to be ready. Couldn’t beat the price, definitely 5 stars! Hope to stay again in the future.

I came into town for work and also brought my son. This location was so amazing. So many extras for us to enjoy and the fire pit with s’mores was also just above and beyond . We will be back

Our stay was very pleasant. Moonlit walks on the shore. The condo was clean and the staff were great. I thought it might be too loud for us but I heard nothing outside the condo. Very nice stay.

Wasn’t happy! We booked this thinking it was ocean front and started messaging them from the time we booked to make sure that we could get a ocean front room! Because if we couldn’t we wanted a refund we were told they would try to do that for us. Then days went by and they told us it was blvd. view we were not happy at all and at that time we could not get a refund!

VACATION 2020
It was FAR SURPASSING anything we could have imagined. We requested ocean view room AFTER booking, per site directions, and they accommodated. We felt like we had an entire luxury apartment to ourselves, despite some of the understandable adjustments that had to be made due to Covid. Added bonus was the above ground parking garage for guests, protecting our vehicle from Hurricane Isaias. This is one of the few places in my life I made a special note to specifically seek out again in the future to stay at the exact same resort if ever able to return to the area. The rate was excellent for what we got, and was the reason we booked it. LOVED IT!!!!!!

Very Disatisfied
If I could put zero stars I would. The only good part was being at the beach period. Do not rent here. THIS IS NOT AN OCEANFRONT UNIT. I have been going to Myrtle Beach since I was 15 years old, I’m 58 now, oceanfront has always been oceanfront. The Wyndham desk people were in agreement that this was false advertising and were quite lovely to my son. The ResortShare desk was very rude. I bought this vacation as a gift for my son and his two year old’s first trip to beach. I ordered oceanfront so when there was naptime my son could at least sit on balcony and look at ocean. Got no satisfaction from the owner or ResortShare and am currently taking it further.

Staff very friendly and accomadating. Resort nice and great location! Only issue was there was some mold present in the bathroom and the dishwasher was not properly secured, so when you opened it it would fall forward on you.

VBRO mix-up caused problems
When we arrived at the Towers on the Grove, there was no record of our reservation. However, the total amount of the stay had been withdrawn on our credit card. The lady at the desk was very helpful in finding numbers for us to call at VRBO. On the papers from VRBO, there was no phone number or way of contacting VRBO. VRBO said that they had failed to process our reservation. After 5 hours of waiting and confusion, we were booked into Ocean Boulevard. The room was nice but was not ocean front as we had wanted. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The property was awesome and our room was extremely clean.
Our overall experience was very excellent but we did have one disappointing moment. After checking in we had to go see the guest service personal to obtain our parking pass. The lady (Lisa) was also talking about Wyndham timeshare information and we were not interested at all. My wife simply said were just here for our parking pass. The lady stopped talking about the time share information and huffed and puffed (snickered too). Grabbed a parking pass and slammed it on to the counter top wrote our information down. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.

Photos in add were pure misrepresentations. no laundry, mini fridge in tiny kitchen.
Nice resort with quick response to complaints. Nice amenities in resort but again, room was totally misrepresented in the add. Would not rent this room again but would go back to Towers. Got VERY tired of the attempts to get us to come to a breakfast or lunch "brag session" as they called it. That would give us second thoughts about staying there again.

Disappointed!
We arrived and were put in a tight room with only a double bed! The room I had paid for said king. I went back to front desk and the woman was arguing with me bc I had booked on vrbo. She finally moved us into a king room but no longer ocean front. Again this was something I paid for! The indoor pool with water slide was shut down. Kids were very disappointed! We only had a lazy river. Definitely felt like I paid for room and amenities that we didn't get.

Great place, but beware of the pushy sales people
We had great time, the resort itself was awesome, the rooms were clean and well supplied. Although we didn't use the pool(to cold out) it looked great. The grounds are immaculate, very clean and helpful and friendly staff. But the sales people that try to get you to buy into The resort are as pushy and persistent as can be to the point of being obnoxious.

Very clean and modern!
We had a great time. The room was very clean and modern! The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Our neighbors were not loud at all. We literally heard nothing outside of our room when we were sleeping. We also loved being on the beach. We just walked out of the back of our hotel and were on the beach! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! And we will be back! Thank you for such a great time!

Beautiful views, excellent service, and fantastic amenities!
It was so easy to rent from the owner and incredibly affordable. We were excited to learn our stay had been upgraded from a studio suite to a 1-bedroom oceanfront suite before we even arrived. We were blown away when we checked in by the recently renovated Wyndham resort. It was nothing we expected, and we actually felt bad we didn't bring more of our family to enjoy the incredibly spacious retreat. The master bath had a relaxing jacuzzi tub, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare food and eat in the suite! The beach was our backyard, and we were fortunate to be able to watch stingrays migrating through the ocean from our balcony one night. The only con we had was just the number of (and rudeness of) other guests who took over the pool chairs with no consideration to others. We were still able to enjoy the lazy river and both hot tubs during the day and night. I hope we can stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to relax! Oh, and we don't have any, but it is an EXCELLENT resort for kids, as well!
