The amazing 4th floor pool by the ocean offers a great view of the beach, complete with tables and sun loungers. It's the ideal spot to unwind, listen to the waves, catch a beautiful sunset, or go for a refreshing swim.

Comfortable new furnishings as condo was renovated in May of 2023 in a classic coastal style.

Kick back and unwind in the spacious living space that offers breathtaking beach views through the sliding doors and dining area windows. You'll be greeted with an abundance of natural light, various seating choices, and a cozy reading corner. Plus, enjoy the comforts of home with a Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services available. Note: Sofa sleeper will only sleep young children comfortably.

Delight in the beach and coastline views while dining at the table, with the living and dining windows offering a relaxing setting. Make use of the breakfast bar for a quick meal or as a convenient workspace for email correspondence or internet browsing.

The kitchen features updated granite countertops and full-size appliances, perfect for a quick meal or for those who enjoy cooking. It includes an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, microwave, dishes, flatware, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crockpot, and mixer.

Start your day feeling rejuvenated in the private bedroom. You'll find a spacious king-sized bed offering ocean views and a convenient private door leading to the half bath. We've thoughtfully provided top-quality bed and bath linens to enhance your comfort and enjoyment. And to make your packing hassle-free, we've also included pool towels for your convenience.

Getting ready for a day at the beach or a night on the town? You'll have a full bath and a half bath for your convenience. The half bath is connected to the master bedroom and also leads to the full bath. The full bath can be accessed through the hallway. (take a look at the floor plan in the photos)

Getting on the beach couldn't be easier. The beach walkway is the first floor of the parking garage on the North. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse your feet there before returning to the condo or to remove excess sand.

My number one priority is ensuring that my condo is clean and comfortable, which is why I hire a professional cleaning company.

The Oceans is a secure condominium building. You'll receive a special code to enter the locked entrance and use the elevators. The unit is located on the 10th floor and has a convenient electronic lock for self-entry. Additionally, you'll be given a private guest code to access the condo during your stay.

Laundry - Coin operated washers and dryers in brightly lit laundry room 4th floor adjacent to the pool. Each load costs $1.75. For convenience, a change machine is located within the laundry room.

Parking - Unassigned parking is available for 2 cars in either the open garage under the building or in the overflow lot across the street. There are 2 parking passes available in the condo for you to display from your review mirror during your stay.

Supplies - There will be a starter kit in the condo which includes toilet paper, dish soap, dish washer soap and paper towels.

Note: Unit may not be handicap accessible for wheelchairs due to condo door entrance turns.

Pest control comes the 3rd Monday of the month to all units for maintenance.

Renter must be 25 or older. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. May also accommodate 2 small children on the sofa sleeper.

A $300.00 security deposit is required at booking.

NO dogs or other pets. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed due to dander allergies. ONLY Americans with Disabilities Act-approved animals are permitted. Please report any ADA handicapped service assistance animals at the time of reservation.

No Smoking or vaping in Condo allowed or on HOA property except for designated smoking area in North East side of parking garage on the ground floor. No underage alcohol consumption or illegal drug use is permitted in or on the property. If this rule is broken, we have the right for immediate eviction with no refund. Also if smoking ANY substance inside the condo, you will be charged $300 for smoke remediation.

Prohibited Vehicles: No motorcycles, trailers, boats, golf carts or RV's are permitted on the premises in garage area or parking lot at any time. Maximum garage clearance is 6.5' (overflow lot is available for oversize cars).

If you are a local resident (within 90 miles) your direct booking will be subject to review based on having multiple previous guest reviews at the time of booking.
