“Staying here felt like you walked into a story book; beautiful gardens, bridge over the creek with swans swimming up and down, sheep in the fields, views of Salisbury Cathedral, stylish decorated rooms. We greatly enjoyed our stay. ”

“Property was clean, the hosts were welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. It was exactly as advertised, quiet and conveniently located for the places and facilities we wanted to visit. Local pub was just a short walk and served good food. The property was easy to find given the scafolding currently around the main house, but may be more tricky to locate when this is removed. “I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. “Great stay. All the amenities you could wish for. Very clean, loads of toys for small children and a lovely garden. Barbecue area and play area also great. Parking was easy too with a large parking space that had room to get out two children with car seats. Extra parking available at the bottom of the road. ”
