"Love this property, the architecture Mary Cotler, The many displays of art work by Tina Minon, Navajo museum on property, the train history and how it played a roll for property, Harvey Girls and fabulous foods. The uniqueness and cleanliness of each room, and fianlly the most gracious, friendly and caring staff!"

"So nice to stay in the park! The breakfast was good be should be included, it was very hands off, self check in and out. Rooms were dated even in the newer section of the hotel. "

"Room was clean and very quiet. Bed very comfortable. ok breakfast items offered. Would have enjoyed a yogurt and maybe a muffin. "

"Because of terrible communication from the lady handling check in, we were led to believe there was no heat in the hotel “because it’s between seasons”. Our room was 61°. When I returned to the desk to ask for additional blankets, I could hear other sections of the property did have heat so I requested another room. Why wasn’t this offered in the first place? I waited about 15-20 minutes both times I approached the desk. No apology, no offer of assistance, just a smirk. The lady at check out was more polite and did apologize for the situation. She said the lack of heat was from a burst pipe. I will say once we were in a room with heat, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"Staff were all super friendly. Having a restaurant in the hotel was excellent for dinner given the limited options in the town. Gift shop inside was also very good. We were traveling with our dog also. Definitely recommend staying here. "
