“Window was broken like someone shot a bb through it. Window couldn’t be latched closed. No latch. No where to hang our clothes. No night stand.other cars were parked in front of our room. One was parked right in front of our room and was never moved”

“A simple, very nice stay.”

“Room was really old and dirty, I was traveling with kids and at 8pm someone started nocking on the wall because my son was running around the room. The ice machine was not working.”

“It is as close to the interstate as the law probably allows so the road noise makes sleeping next to impossible. The restaurant next to it wasn’t good. We both got sick.”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……
