“A remotely managed hotel. No staff on site. Half the rooms are under construction? No swing bar latch to stop door if someone enters the room unwelcomed, which did happen. They gave our door code to someone who entered our room. It was a mistake, but was unable to sleep restful the rest of the night. The person who answers the phone is friendly and helpful. Reported the unexpected entry of our room the next day and the feedback was taken. Generally, I do not give my business to these remote……

“The manager was very helpful and concerned about his guests, available night and day. Very impressive.”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“This was a great place to stay on our Arizona visit. The whole property is clean and well maintained, but the best part was "Tink". She ran the bar and the kitchen (and I do mean ran - she was the only one on the nights we were there) and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She made time for every guest and no matter what was ordered she always said, " I'll get that started for you right away." The grounds have a pool table (under cover of shade) a bocci court, a fire pit, and plenty……

“This place was a little gem. Very clean and staff was accommodating as we had something unexpected me up. Perfectly positioned next to two highly rated restaurants and the golf course. Would stay here again but will need to book a room with a bigger bed that accomadates pets. Even thought they didn't have a breakfast, they did have a room to grab a snack, drink, coffee, or a DVD.”
