“Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.”

“The rooms were very nice and clean very good swimming pool for the kids with a hot tub. The desk clerks were very helpful.”

“We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. Our room was very clean, beds and towels were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was hot coffee anytime you needed it and breakfast everyday. It was quiet and restful. When visiting the area we will stay here again.”

“My only two complaints was, I asked for my room to be cleaned once I left, and it never was. This was for all 3 days. Then, my biggest issue was the parking. Number one the stew was a bit sketchy and I was alone. It was located in Downtown, and I had to literally circle the block for 30 mins and Saturday for almost an hour to find parking. I didn't feel very safe coming in late and no parking close. The last day when I brought this up, they mentioned there was parking across for a daily fee.……
