"The check in process took about 40 minutes, 20 of which was spent waiting on someone to come to the check in desk. It was left unattended. Then our room was not properly cleaned. We found hair from someone shaving in the bathroom sink. The air conditioner was under a table and required elastic arms to reach the controls and the room never really got to the temp we had set it for. Would definitely not stay here again."
