It is impossible for me to believe that the country of Leonardo da Vinci, Enrico Fermi (Architect of the nuclear age) and Alessandro Volta (inventor of the electrical battery) just to name a few prominent scientists as well as the country of Ferrari and Maserati that the country doesn't have qualified Air Conditioning Technicians. In my opinion, the owner of the hotel made a calculated risk to accept a bad review rather than fixing the Air……
