“As someone that travels often I hate to nitpick but this hotel is receiving a 2/5 for me. Luckily we only stayed for 2 nights. However, there are several things to note about this property. The room was not thoroughly cleaned nor disinfected. I took pictures just for this review but I am unable to upload them. The fridge was dirty which was confusing as it is restocked daily. Residue that could simply be wiped up, just was not.The hotel was too easily accessible as randoms would smoke inside of……

“The hotel put the towels on the toilet and took no further action until I asked them give me two new towels.”

“Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins……
