“Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. “We booked 7 days at this hotel, but we only stay for six days at the end. The first day when we check in they told us our room's air conditioning had some problem and transfer us to the dragon pearl hotel which is just next door. Skylark hotel compensated us with a bigger room at the executive floor when we go back to their hotel on the second day. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. General manager Mr Tam always around to make sure our stay is satisfy. It is a very good hotel overall, 15 mins……
