"The room is quite clean (perhaps except the carpet, bring slippers). Right across the Piccadilly Garden and transportation. Excellent location and close to Piccadilly Station and the city centre. Overall very satisfactory. "

Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying)
If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald.
The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try
