The staff were really friendly and communication was excellent, both prior to and during our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean. The location is great and easy walking distance into the town centre, but also with safe on-site parking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We appreciated the peaceful environment, which added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were good. Moreover, the room was self-contained, equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher, providing all the comforts of home. The room was large, comfortable and Appt 1 which we were given feels very private having its own access at the back of the building. We also really appreciated the friendly staff at reception who could not have been more helpful and got us safely into the car park and gave clear instructions for a smooth checkout process. The entrance to the underground lot is a little tight!! but take it slow and you'll have no problem. Being on a quiet road there's no pressure and it was really helpful being able to leave the car on the day of checkout so we could enjoy the city again before leaving. I even did laundry here. The SACO team were friendly and helpful, and gave us ideas for our next stay. Beware, if you're driving, someone to stay in the car, until your parking gets sorted. The local council will book you for illegal parking at all hours! We got booked. But the SACO reception people were very generous and allowed us to park, no fee. Restaurants are close, and Nottingham Castle and Robin Hood statue are only a few minutes walk too. Definitely recommend staying here.
