“The stay started out horrible. Being in hotel management myself for the Hyatt Corporation the management and staff were the worst I have ever met. Do not book through Expedia if you are planning to stay there because they treat you terrible. With that being said the property was clean and well maintained and the front desk clerks during the weekend were great and very friendly. Their operations management and the clerk working at checkin need a lesson in how not to talk about the guest when……
“The rooms were clean and updated for the most part. I had to change rooms because of inadequate hot water. My new room had plenty of hot water but the smoke alarm was taken down and not replaced for some reason. The USB ports on the table lamps were broken but I was able to borrow a wall charger from the front desk.
At no fault to the hotel of course but I had to postpone my check in because of storm related power outages and road closures.

“Clean place rooms very clean the staff is extremely accommodating and the location is wonderful quiet area even tho its in a small town I highly recommend Grey Swan. They went out of there way for me to assist me and my personal needs. Best place i have ever stayed i am 64 thats a long list to be at the top of being the best place ever. Met some iteresting people who also stayed at the Grey Swan.”
