“Beds in our room were made, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned when we arrived. Needed a very deep clean-the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Had to request towels as we only had 1. The other family we were with had to do the same. The pool was like ice water and we ended up having to go to the community center with a heated pool. Even the kids couldn’t enjoy it because it was too cold. Breakfast was sparse and not desirable.”

“The door lock was broken. Some of the lamp on and off switches would not turn. I had to unplug the lamps to shut them off. Room was very clean and air conditioning and hot water were great. There were some very loud guest that woke me up at midnight and made a lot of noise for a couple hours. Kids yelling and parents yelling. Sounded like they were right next to my room and out in the hall. This was not the fault of the facility, but it kind of ruined my stay.”

“Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking... Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air.
