6/10 Okay

There were loose molding visible. The door frame, you can see through the cracks to outside. Needs to reset the door and seal it or feel the gap in. There were a few black bugs crawling around. The air conditioner was not working which it was obvious since they had a portable tower fan sitting on the desk to be used. The room had a smell so we went to local Walgreens to get a scented candle. We had drove around and searched around for better rated Hotels but it was late and we had already paid for the room via Expedia so we settled on it and just dealt with it since it was one night. However, if ever back in the area, paying additional money for a different hotel until they upgrade and make it more presentable, it will definitely be worth it so that you have a piece of mind during your stay. Its in a great location and near a lot of shops. Just invest in your property!

Great location to spend the night before heading out to catch a flight from JFK. Close enough to the city to go out yet far away enough that the cost of the room is decent. Wonderful breakfast options. Thank you!

This motel is a great value if you can take advantage of things outside the room. The swimming pool looked great! There’s a good Colombian restaurant next door. Unfortunately, I discovered the bakery too late. Looked great. Claiming to serve breakfast in the hotel is a joke. Coffee, juice and packaged muffins. And the man at the desk at night has no concept of hospitality. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms need a lot of work. The hair dryer was cracked, the toilet paper holder had been yanked off the wall. The chairs old. The sheets are shorter than the bed, which was very comfortable. So, back to my first line… don’t go in the room until you’re ready to go to sleep!

The rooms were clean. housekeeping did a terrific job on presentation with making the beds and towels suppled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a full breakfast which was fine but some website stated they had breakfast which was not accurate. Lucky I called beforehand and was aware of this prior to stay.
