"Charming place. Young ladies at check-in were delightful. Our kids made special plans to have an anniversary basket delivered to our room, and that was executed in the nicest way. Also, due to my mobility issues, they relocated us to a lower floor which was appreciated. "

"Amazing location a few steps from the beach, couple blocks from the Main Street with shops and restaurants, bus stop nearby with buses to take you to other parts of the island (free busses for the summer) and very close to cottages to explore. Breakfast is great, with healthy options and fresh fruits. The staff is terrific! Lisa at the front desk was understanding and wonderful! Will definitely stay there again."

"i live in falmouth but often come to the vineyard to see friends and get “away”, discovered this hotel and stayed for one night! the location is unbeatable. it is a bit tucked away which i liked but also in the middle of everything. the door codes were very convenient and modern. i didn’t mind that there wasn’t a desk person on site per say; common of boutique hotels! it was the weekend of july 4th so i knew the area would be insane, although my only gripe was that from midnight to 3am there was someone banging on the hotel door (we were on the second floor), pounding incessantly, either trying to get in or just drunk and obnoxious. i will admit it was a little off putting/scary, had i had children or was elderly i don’t think i would’ve been very happy. not the “hotels” problem per say but had a desk person been there i doubt it would’ve continued. other than that the hotel is very quaint and comfy with nice details! "

Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers! Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !"

"The cottage was perfect for a week stay for a friend and myself. There were thoughtful design touches that made this place feel homey and personalized (loved all the glassware!). There were a bit more bug friends than I would've hoped which wasn't unexpected given that it was a more rustic cottage and it was earlier in the season, but owner may want to give the property another spray around door and window frames. Otherwise, perfect location, amazing yard, and comfy bed!"
