"Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with a smile by Mark! I was checked in expediently and then Mark asked if I had any questions about anything around the area. I found that it was easy and safe to cross the freeway and found a great place to eat called La Fuente Mexican Street Food. Delicious! Everything about this property was excellent! Staff, room, bed, amenities, cleanliness, breakfast, parking, walkable, felt safe and comfortable!! And the chocolate chip cookies were perfect and a nice treat!!"

"Hospitality was awful. Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we were originally assigned to confront the unknown customer in the room. Dangerous and unprofessional, awful."
