"The staff was top notch. We had trouble getting in the hotel from the parking garage so that was scary in the dark. The room appeared to be outdated and could use a detailed cleaning. When we got to our room the room was set to 60 degrees and it was FREEZING! It took hours to warm up the room and we couldn't find extra blankets in the room (although we didn't ask). The phone also didn't work in our room so I had to look up the hotel # online and call the front desk using my cell phone. Once inside, we felt safe. Breakfast was a little steep for $50.00 for 2 people. Overall, the best thing was the staff!"
