"My room was spotless and smelled good. The staff are very welcoming and greet me by my name. I stay only here for work because of how nice the amenities are. I leave for work early and i appreciate the lighted parking lot, I feel safe at 4 am going to my car."

"Rooms were ready at arrival. Helpful clerk asked leading questions so we were clear no one would be staffing the lobby when we left the next morning. Knew to just leave key card and be on our way. Offered us tea, sweeteners & creamers since they are not usually left in rooms but knew we might want before hitting the road early morning. Ice machine was behind a locked door. Made sure we knew where and that our key card would open. Offered suggestions for food & drink. Pointed out a few places on map. All "little" things but she made sure we had answers to questions we didn't know we had. :-)"

"The only thing I wanted to mention is that my floor turned into Camp Teen Spirit overnight. A full charter bus of high-schoolers moved in, and between the door-slamming Olympics and the late-night giggles, I got about as much sleep as a parent on Christmas Eve. For future stays, it would be amazing if business travelers could be placed a little farther away from the field-trip fun squads. I love youthful energy… just preferably not at 2:00 AM. 😄"
