We booked this room by mistake thinking it was another Courtyard by Marriott. Much to our surprise we stayed at this Courtyard and were very happy with our mistake. Close to I-40 without the traffic congestion that we had delt with before. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here from now on when visiting!!!

We literally only stayed for a rest while passing through to go to a college tour at NCAT. We arrived in the middle of the night from a long road trip from Philly. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and had good, friendly conversation! The property was well maintained and smelled amazing when you enter the building and throughout.

We weren't sure what to expect but decided to take a chance on this place since it was close to where we were going to a meeting. To our delight this was a pretty new hotel. We were highly impressed with the staff, including the bar staff. The entrance was very pretty, the design of the bar and restaurant was a new and different idea as compared to other hotels in the area. We actually ate dinner in the bar and the food was delicious.

When staying here, ask for Joyce. She delivered great customer service and was a pleasure to converse with, which is saying something coming from an introvert.

Great stop after a day on the road. We checked in and we're told complimentary appetizers and drinks were being served and the entire lobby smelled of fresh baked cookies. Very welcoming.

The parking lot was well-lit and convenient. I arrived after 11pm and liked that I had to be let into the lobby by the front desk staff to check in. Clean room, great lay-out of the room, Iiked the multi-use tubes of shampoo and body wash in the shower (instead of all those little bottles). Also liked the flooring; no carpet.

We stayed at the "sister property" (the O'Henry) several times but had not stayed at the Proximity. We tried but COVID or one thing or another led to not making our trip.
We had met the original owners and then knew about their transfer to the employees. What a terrific thing for an employer to do and what a great deal for the employees. It appears that they are doing a good job and keeping the quality up to former standards. The decor and amenities are outstanding, the Bistro not only has...
