It wasn’t great per se but it was clean, quiet and there were NO pests I could see or make out. It was a Friday night and I could see SF skyline and was kinda impressed. I’d stay there again (I stayed there like 2x back in early 2000’s anyway), they’ve updated place since then. Not great but I got a decent night’s sleep

Absolutely awful. Cockroaches, stained sheets, stinky room, melted sockets, fire marks on the walls, broken locks, … I left after a few minutes in the room and asked for a refund which staff said they agreed to and asked me to contact Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia said that the property refused the refund which is even more appalling. I’ll be charging back through my credit card and never using Expedia again.

Would totally stay here again. Breakfast was great, staff was excellent, security cameras everywhere, parking easy. A lot of “riff-raff” guests but again, cameras everywhere. No a/c in our room so it was a bit stuffy. For the price and location it was worth it.
