"I booked this house in November and paid the full price then. When I contacted the host the day before we arrived she told me her family was staying there and didn't remember my reservation. Then she said we could share the house with her family. We had no other option for accommodation and had a rental car and planned to explore the area for 4 days. When we arrived the family was not there, but I had paid for the entire house and two separate bedrooms. One was locked and we had to sleep in...

"The staff at Binniguenda is amazing. The resort is small and our rooms were clean and nice! Location of the resort is convenient and taxis are available! Limited choices for food but there were more than adequate choices in the buffet! Snack bar at the pool was good for hamburgers, hotdogs and snacks! No problem going up to the beach club for their buffet, ocean view, pool and the beach. "
