“This place is pretty fantastic. The photos are totally accurate. I also appreciated the how helpful the host was with suggestions (scooter rental). The security guys were non-invasive and super helpful in getting taxis. The only reason this place is so cheap is due to all the development happening around it. It'll be 700 a night within a year or two. ”

“Our stay at Punta Magica was excellent. Alex is a super responsive host and so communication was also quick and easy. The villa is even better than the photos, and it was so nice having our own private little pool. It’s a short walk into the main area with restaurants and the beach, but we didn’t mind this as meant we got to see some of the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Puerto Escondido! ”

“Overall we had a wonderful stay at Casa Utopia. The house was beautiful, clean, pool was great. It is challenging to find and up a dirt road and that wasn’t in the listing. We arrived at dark and it was challenging to find. But the road is dirt and it would have been more helpful to know so we could have brought more supplies.also the listing says a kind bed room with 2 twin beds but there were no twin beds. Humberto quickly brought them. Also it says there is a washing machine in the listing……
