"Dear NH Frankfurt Airport Team, I hope you are doing well. My name is Julio Luna Narváez, and I recently stayed at your hotel on January 31, 2026\. I am writing to report that I was charged twice for the same stay. When I checked in, the staff member informed me that they would only take a copy of my debit card. However, my bank records show two separate charges from your hotel: COP 467,493.52 on January 31, 2026 at 17:28 Colombian time zone COP 536,301.70 on February 1, 2026 at 03:10 Colombian time zone Both payments were processed using my Bancolombia debit card ending in \*9127\. This appears to be an error, as I only authorized one payment for my stay. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter and issuing a refund of the duplicated charge (Number 1) as soon as possible. For your reference, I have attached screenshots of both transactions. Thank you very much for your prompt help. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
